Biography
Ms. Ann K. Farrar currently serves as the Deputy Director, Community and Regional Resilience Institute (CARRI) at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) managed by UT-Battelle, LLC. Ann manages and oversees day-to-day operations of CARRI as well as providing management and oversight of the Community Resilience Practice Division. She has over 20 years of management experience with the federal government, including managing small technical projects and major programs with annual budgets exceeding $100M. Her undergraduate degree is from Maryville College in Business Management and Computer Science and she has graduate studies in Engineering from the University of Tennessee. Ms. Farrar and her husband, Dick Ketelle, currently reside in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
